“A little while back Paulina took a lovely picture of me and that picture has changed my life more than I could have ever imagined.

I have that picture in my corridor and every time I walk past that picture I look at it and feel so good about myself. Everytime I see the picture I feel that Paulina really capatured the essence of my beauty and who I am, something I don't always see when I look in the mirror but the picture reminds me of that every time.

The picture itself is in black and white and there's something enchanting about it being colourless that is so attractive and appealing because all you see when you look at the image is the person's soul smiling back at you.

This picture made me feel so empowered personally that I decided to use the same image for my professional counselling profile picture as it shows me in my authentic light which has brought me so many clients. I feel that this is possibly because Paulina captured the totality of who I am as compassionate human being, a wife, a mother,an entrepreneur and a helper.

Through this image clients get to see that too and know what they are getting when they work with me.

This image has changed my life. It has made me appreciate the beauty within me as I see it everyday now and engage with it. It has helped my counselling business flourish and in return helped me change people's lives.

I never knew that when a photographer/artist is able to capture you in the right way, how much of a positive impact that can have on how you feel about yourself and how you spread that positively to others around you. This amazing feeling can only be described as magical.
